We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the "Assembly Line Automation System." Before the implementation, personnel were assigned to each process, and production was carried out manually. Due to sudden absences, it was difficult to secure the necessary personnel for each process, leading to a burden on some processes and an inability to increase the production pace. After the introduction of our product, the work handling between processes was replaced from human labor to robots, using robots and 3D cameras for bulk picking, allowing for fully automated production from the beginning to the finished product. As a result, there was no longer a need to assign workers, significantly reducing labor costs.
